When a young couple in Scarborough approached Maplegate for a kitchen remodel, they wanted to modernize their outdated space while making it more functional for their busy lifestyle. The original kitchen had a cramped layout with an outdated design, and they dreamed of a bright, open space that would be perfect for both cooking and entertaining. We worked closely with them to understand their vision, ensuring the remodel aligned with their personal style and needs.
The renovation included removing a dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open-concept layout that seamlessly connected the two spaces. Custom cabinetry was designed to maximize storage while adding a sleek, contemporary look. We installed high-end quartz countertops with a beautiful, durable finish, and added a large kitchen island that serves as both a prep area and a gathering spot for family and guests.
To complement the fresh, clean lines of the kitchen, we installed brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, a professional-grade gas range, and a dishwasher with quiet operation.
